(a) What you give us: name, email, phone, business name, and what you tell us about your business in forms, calls, texts, the Exit Profile and Sentinel Desk. (b) Automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from IP, and referring site, via Google Analytics 4 and our own server logs. (c) The anonymous calculator and the Exit Profile — before you save them — store nothing that identifies you.
To evaluate and discuss a potential sale of your business; to run a process you have engaged us for; to keep your saved Exit Profile current; to send you the sign-in code and account emails you asked for; to improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal information and we do not use it for advertising to third parties.
Our senior deal team. Service providers who host and run our systems (email, SMS, analytics, cloud hosting) under contract and only to provide those services. Prospective buyers — only the information you approve, only under a signed NDA, and only after your written go-ahead. Authorities, where the law requires.
If you give us a mobile number, we may text you a sign-in code and, where you have opted in, updates about your profile. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end texts or HELP for help. We do not sell mobile numbers or opt-in data to anyone.
Inquiry and account data: while your account is active and for up to 3 years after your last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Deal records under an engagement letter: 7 years, for our own records and regulatory obligations. Analytics: 14 months.
Wherever you are, you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Residents of California have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete and opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither). Residents of Canada have rights under PIPEDA and may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. Email [email protected]; we respond within 30 days and never charge for a request.

NDA-first access, per-document access logs in Sentinel Desk, encryption in transit, and access limited to the senior deal team. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you, we will tell you.
